A valid driver’s license and a major credit card or debit card is required to rent a car. 

Minimum age to rent a car is 21 on most vehicles except for 15 passenger vans which is 25

We do accept international driver’s licenses.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. 

Yes, you can rent a car using the cash deposit or debit card.

Yes, a security deposit of $200-$500 (depending on the type of vehicle rented) will be required at the time of rental

We do offer unlimited mileage to travelers deplaned at the local airport with the current boarding pass an most vehicle except for

  • Vans & Cargo Vans 300 free miles per day/ 2100 free miles per week
  • Fullsize SUVs 300 free miles per day

Yes, you could have 1 additional driver for an additional charge

Collision damage waiver (CDW) is offered at $10.99 to $15.99 per day depending on the rented vehicle. CDW limits renter’s responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle as a result of a collision. Also, if renter purchases liability protection from Action Car Rental the renter will be provided with liability protection up to minimum coverage required by state law should bodily injury claims and property damage claims be made against renter or authorized drivers by people injured in an accident. The cost of RLI renters liability insurance is $12.99 per day

We carry a wide selection of compact, mid-size, full-size, minivans, trucks and SUV’s

Yes, we are conveniently located near the airport terminal. Our shuttle time is approximately 10 minutes

No. Vehicle must be dropped off at our location. 

We could arrange for an after hour pick up if your flight is delayed or arrives after closing time. Please call the rental location in advance for more info

Unfortunately we do not deliver vehicles but we could pick you up if within our shuttle area (typically a 5 mile radius from our office)

Since many insurance policies are different it is difficult to say whether you will be covered or not. We recommend that you contact your insurance agent to find out whether you are covered when renting a vehicle and if so to what extent.

Yes. You may call any of our locations to obtain the terms and conditions of the rental in advance

Please call the rental location immediately if involved in an accident. Also, be sure to obtain (take pictures of) driver’s license, insurance policy, a good phone number and a current mailing address from all parties involved. Also, it is a good idea to take pictures of the scene of accident and all vehicles involved.
